I don't think it needs to be addressed- sorry.

I believe economics win wars. Countries that spend excessively on the war machine while ignoring global commerce eventually decline.

The solution imo for the US is to beef up our borders and our internal terrorism controls, this may include excluding arabs from studying in US universities or other "drastic" measures. But fight this at home. Leave US corps to function on the global stage. In the end whoever has the strongest economy wins.

Bush committed a cardinal sin as far as I'm concerned- he SHUT DOWN the economy to persue some esoteric political aim of his. And he will likely pay for it in 04, in the meantime we have to muddle through, and hopefully constrain the deficit as best we can. Bush is the WORST president I have seen in my lifetime. The WORST. And there are many businesspeople like me who generally vote conservatively that are disgusted with him. Economically speaking, Bush is a LOSER.
