Why is it so difficult for you to draw a distinction between public and private spaces? Is it possible that you really don't believe in private property?

And where did you get the idea that people can do or say anything they want even in actual public spaces? Would you be outraged if I told you that courts have declared no protest zones on public city sidewalks in front of abortion clinics?

But if you think there is a lack of a venue for folks to vent in your town, put together about $50,000,000 and 5 years of full time work, and build your own mall whose centerpiece is a free speech forum. There, I've given you a million dollar idea for free. You're welcome.

I need to warn you though, if a fight breaks out in your forum and someone gets hurt, a tort lawyer may take away everything you worked for. Just one of the little facts of life for folks who run a business.
