Clinton gave us 7+ years of prosperity and you want to blame the current economic crises on him? Wow, is that a wild stretch of imagination. Just Bush's tax cut proposals and war doctrine alone queered the markets 20-30%. No wants wants to invest in an era of balooning debt, wars and righ-wing paranoid isolationism. George Soros called is The Bush Factor On The Markets. Especially when Kenny Lay and all the others still walk free without serving a single day of prison time.

The markets have clearly voted "no confidence" in Bush and are not likely to change. Ever. Not while Bush is in power. Good four years to be short or in cash. Preferably Swiss francs not dollars. What a opposite situation as the Clinton years. And you blame Clinton? Don't be too partisan to see the truth. Bush is very bad for the economy and markets. Couldn't be worse really.
