Come on, Liz, you still need to figure out this Asia situation (took me awhile too): the wave of the future while the West wastes. A rail line to the Chinese border from this site is $12m, or they could haul to a rail head which the Chinese will gladly build, as it's hard flat surface. Then you have a huge market, and large hungry smelters all the way to the coast, and then a short hop to Korea and Japan. It's a perfect setup, click "Mongolia project", look at map.

They have a coke deposit right at the site:all electric plant. Access is easy, dry surface, large , artisan wells, govt is totally on board.
