Uh oh...ECB cuts benchmark rate by quarter point to 2.5%
Bloomberg.com reports that the European Central Bank reduced interest rates to the lowest in almost 3 1/2 years amid concern the euro region's economy is heading for recession; the ECB cut its benchmark rate by a quarter of a percentage point to 2.5%; the Bank of England kept its rate at 3.75%.

A prominent lawyer in a small upstate New York town (Guilderland) was arrested at a local mall, for wearing a T-shirt that said, "Give Peace A Chance."

I thought you were thinking it was BULLISH because every other time we rallied off it. I too thought it was bearish (as it indicated further selling) but make nothing really special about it.
