The was is on terrorism. And it will never be won.

Even if you feel it is just against Al-Qaeda, it might never be won, or there will always be a doubt if there is some secret cell somewhere.

But as someone posted previously, unless Al-Qaeda leadership swears adherence to those same Geneva conventions, there really is no obligation to treat them as POWs.

Oh that must be why the legal community is screaming bloody murder over Bush's treatment of prisoners? They don't know the Geneva Convention?

Whatever...
