Again, you are wrong about that. Even the MCLU concedes (and bemoans)that point in the post I gave you. Guess you didn't read it.

But, as I understand it, the courts have ruled Malls to be the equivalent to public squares.

But, according to the press releases I read, these guys were just wearing these PEACE shirts while they shopped and while they ate. I support their right to do those activities without fear of harassment.

A Google news search reveals six articles from this morning, none of which support your version of events. I posted the one from the NY Times and another which implies that the guy was a punk and fighting with people in the mall.
