CEO did say he would be sharing new data. But every shareholder legitimately disgusted with management in this case. New data is not going to do squat. Now that is also the language of a lawyer's letter wanting to make sure after 16 months of manipulating emis like a schoolboy that there is no bad faith negotiation claim, but whoa the truth hurts sometimes.
