Like I said in an earlier post....I thought I recall an offer of something called 98% that was turned down. I haven't looked to verify that and it seems UFB to me that after years of War and terror that each side couldn't put something together from an offer like that. So no...I don't deny the offer was made. I can say this though....this tit for tat environment is no solution. Either a settlement must be achieved or these sides have to duke it out and declare a victor. I don't think the regional healing can start without some sort of final settlement
