In Washington-it's possible, but, OTOH she may not be able to fabricate enough votes to overcome the will of the people in the momentum of a Bush 64% landslide in 2004...

You mean she stole $75 million from you and me and other taxpayers and gave it to union thugs who financed her campaign instead of giving it to starving children.
