OS Bin, if they do capture him, look out - you know they have a plan should this occur.

That plan could lead to cells moving all plans forward. These folks are not stupid, you know they have thought all this out!

SO I see that when or if occurs as a negative for market, after initial ramp job takes out the fools from their positions.
