I did not see anything that says he didn't harass anyone. Here you have this activist lawyer and his 31 year old grad student son getting together and putting on matching turtleneck shirts for an innocent trip to the mall -- just Daddy and sonny. They get to the mall and go directly to the custom Tee-shirt store and have these "peace" shirts made up. They put them on over their matching turtleneck shirts and proceed to walk around the mall and get into arguments with ordinary shoppers. They buy nothing else in the mall, just hang around outside Macy's and other stores arguing with groups of passersby. Yep, sure sounds pretty innocent to me! LOL!
