I think Don distinguishes between intraday and end-of-day signals. He takes the latter much more seriously (as to size of move).

this isn't an exhaustive study, but back in November I trudged through the stock attack thread and went over all of Don's class 1 buy signals. I found two that had been negated.

as you know, I have a tremendous amount of respect for Don and I only track the negated signals to see if they happen in similar places technically.
