LOL. And could you explain just what he did to create that environment. He failed to nationalize medicine. He spent all kinds time trying to get out from under his need to have sex with anything female. Everything I saw him attempt to do was blocked or blunted by the Congress. Free Trade was good, but it had little or no impact on the stunning march and pervasive adoption of technology. In the early part of his tenure, msft win 3.1 office universal adoption was responsible for enormous productivity gains. Individuals who could create complex for the time spreadsheets to do "what if" business analysis made for leaps in productivity. The advance of the internet made is possible for the "what if" analysis to be connected more and more to real time and this lead to just intime inventory management linking the cash register or the order directly back to inventory and manufacturing. This led to enormous cost saving of time and money. Mr. bill had nothing to do with this. The real time management of fleets of trucks led to minimum route delivery and pickup along with scheduled maintenance and that increased utilization of trucks available reducing the number of truck required and the cost of operating those trucks. There are thousands of stories of individuals using the new technology tools and all mr. bill did was visit with monica. I don't know what if any tools mr bill and monica utilized. One could say mr. bill introduced the interpet to the country.
