Private malls are public places and the freedom of wearing things you buy at THAT mall therefore ALLOWS you to be THERE.....PERIOD....any court would uphold this since the fascist owner and security guards are wearing TWO hats....you can't have it both ways

Not at all. Relatively few things should be a matter of law, certainly not as a first resort. I am talking about American culture, about what is taught about appropriate behavior, that sort of thing.
