Any sort of agreement is welcome. However, I believe that the administration is perfectly sincere in being alarmed at Iraqi R&D and at its support of terror; that is has good intelligence, but cannot share all of its methods and sources without getting people killed or tipping of those who might try counter measures; and that it is prepared to go in if need be. I believe that anything less and the world would not be impressed with the seriousness of the situation. But more than that, we cannot mobilize indefinitely to eke out bits of compliance. There will be a day of reckoning........
