I saw this article too. As Joe points out, the company has two opions here. Sell the company at cash plus a small premium, or buyout someone else and change directions entirely. The reverse split thing is out of the question IMO as there is only 99 million shares outstanding with 87mm in the float, although that would up the cash per share considerably. <GGGGGGGGGGGGG>

For my part, I'm staying clear of the stock for the time being until something becomes more concrete.

Did you notice that JP Morgan re rated AIQ this morning..talk about not being able to make up their mind!! LOL
