I propose that we set up a Limited Democracy in Iraq, make the worship of the Goddess Ashtoreth (or Isis, if preferred) the Official State Religion, and limit the franchise to women. War can only be declared, by national referendum. Since that is such a serious decision, this vote will be limited to the mothers of serving soldiers. Perhaps, after a couple of millenium, men will be civilized enough to be trusted with power. If they behave themselves.
