you speak too much, and say too little

gold miner shares (unlike futures contracts) cannot exceed the outstanding share capitalization
where will the next supply of miner shares come from for SHORTS?

on the metal futures side, they have 2-3 years worth of production, with apparently no alarms signaling the (fast asleep) CFTC

the UN/Iraq issue lies at the margin
that is how guys like you make longterm mistakes
you pay too much attention to the margin, and miss the dynamics behind the major move underway
two years ago, the marginal issue was Argentina deteriorating
gold bears attributed the rise off #265 bottom to that silly event
last year it was debt collapse with focus on Enron
gold bears focused on Enron way too much
what will the marginal focus be later this year?
you are just a loud mouthpiece for the misdirected press & media

while Iraq is not silly, it has nothing to do with ...

- negative real rates on shorterm Trez
(soon even lower as FedFunds are cut and CPI rises)
- trade gap widening each month
- federal deficits rising sharply
- Fed money printing out of control
- miners covering their hedgebook
- rising energy costs, and other commodities
AND THE BIGGEST
- serious erosion in USDollar fundamentals

as I said before, you are no student of gold or currencies
if the USDollar heads toward 90, do you really think gold will remain in the #350-390 range ???

where do you believe the USDollar will be by June 2004 ???
you never answered my question from before...

why are USDollar fundamentals worsening, even at these lower levels?

a simple question
a fair question
NO ANSWER INDICATES POSSESSING LITTLE UNDERSTANDING

the yield curve is still sharply tilted
we have some ravages of price inflation around the corner
round #1 is now hitting production costs
round #2 hits the entire economy soon, like end of year

you pop out of IGNORE so I can check on your condition
I wanted to see your response to my buddy ArtB
it got a "C-/D+" as indicated, very shallow

p.s. are you a heavy drinker?
you sound like one
