Jim, I don't recall many people complaining about this when the stock was going up. Maybe it was ok for execs to get high compensations as long as everyone else was getting rich as well, but now that some shareholders have lost wealth, they're hoping for company in their misery. Sorry, Jim... losses hurt, but at least I know that most of mine have been my own fault, not the fault of the companies I've invested in.

Consider this: if the top 20 execs at Intel worked for free, how much more money would you get? I'll give you bonus points if you can calculate how much richer you'd be if those execs received no options, either.
