Joe, I'd like to add an important clarifying post by eagler27 on SH...

"Oddly enough Dmx has taken a more conservative disclosure route than is being suggested by the OSC.
Dmx has shown $55.7M as a liability..the Osc is suggesting it be shown as equity. This would significantly improve DMX balance sheet.

DMX has shown the $55.7M liability on an undiscounted bsis....OSC is suggesting the liability(equity) be discounted to net pv, an amount probably in the $48.5M range.

Looks like DMX has taken the high road and any OSC changes would only enhance their balance sheet."
