Bush would like to get rid of Saddam while he is at it You can tell the primary goal from the secondary goal by which is more negotiable. Junior does not mind weapons of mass destruction being proliferated amongst hostile countries, but he does insist on having the Iraqi oil fields in his possession. No other consideration tops that priority as witnessed by his refusal to consider anything outside that event as important. No other action is seen as critical to Junior's demands. TP
