Mark Bartlett's post on stockhouse to one of the moron's
who spend their days bashing the stock (which when you
think about it for a second is an idiotic waste of life).

Mark and John went to represent actual investors and my
thanks to them.

Message follows...

Having just returned form the OSC Hearing -- I can say, without a doubt, that your innuendos are rubbish.

There were accounting issues, but ironically, the way the OSC wants the accounting changed, does 2 things to DMX's financial statement:

1) Makes it appear better than it actually is.

2) Makes it more difficult for the average investor to understand.

Further the way DMX chose to account for the Oxo purchase is far MORE conservative than the OSC wants -- go figure.

Apparently the OSC is there to ensure companies make better and clearer disclosure -- what I just witnessed today certainly casts doubt in my mind that is the case. What we will end up with is a financial statement that is less clear and MORE difficut for the average person to understand.

We should sleep well tonight knowing the OSC is our guardian.
