President Bush speaks in about 35 minutes.

Market seemed to be jittery all day about this.

I noticed that the most recent positions of the U.S., U.K>' Russia, CHina, and to some extent France all have added 'wiggle room' to allow a reversal, climb down and/or move toward use of force.

At this point, all options are on the table.

Also noticed Rumsfeld talked about moving U.S. troops in South Korea away from DMZ, or maybe out of Korea entirely.
