AS, I notice moenmac did not respond to your question as to whether Saddam Hussein is a direct threat to Americans. Obviously, he is not. As for the argument that he could deliver weapons of mass destruction to terrorists, the same could be said for North Korea. He has had many years to give such weapons to terrorists and has not done so. People behing Bush like Cheney and Rumsfeld wanted to invade Iraq before Bush was elected. 9/11 is the pretext for the invasion.
