Iraq has nothing to do with any of these.
Maybe not. But an American was killed in Amman by a terrorist who reported to Abu Musab Zarqawi, who was in Baghdad getting his leg amputated (it had been wounded in Afghanistan)
usatoday.com
His leg was amputated in August in Baghdad, but when Jordan asked Iraq to turn him over, Zarqawi reportedly left the city.

And Iraqi diplomats were involved in terror attacks which have killed Americans in the Philippines:
washingtontimes.com
A senior Iraqi diplomat was in contact with Muslim terrorists in the southern Philippines hours after they killed a U.S. soldier and injured another in a bombing in October, according to Philippine officials and intelligence sources.

The terrorist Abu Nidal was based in Baghdad for years until he "committed suicide" late last year by shooting himself in the head 4 times.

Face it. Saddam supports terrorism. Therefore, we need to disarm him or remove him.

because he intends to act before an anthrax-sodden suicide bomber climbs aboard the F train to Brooklyn,
And bombing Iraq will stop this how???

There's no guarantee it will prevent it because we will be a target for terrorists regardless of what happens in Iraq. But it will prevent the anthrax from coming from Iraq.
