The french have been selling military jet parts to Iraq, no wonder they're opposed to Bush... these sales have strengthened the Iraqi military... I say the french are toast... french toast...

This is my major problem with Bush, that he is making
the decision for war, without world support.

US national security is not dependent on world opinion. Bush swore an oath and he is doing his job.

I believe the pressure needs to be kept on Iraq, but
any decision concerning war must be made by the Security
Council, with the world behind it. Also, with the world
contributing troops, and helping to pay for it.

See above. And, what price are you willing to pay for security? Bush has made it clear he thinks the balance tips in favor of action. I agree.

Bush also dodged N. Korea last night. Why is it OK
to work with our alllies on N. Korea, but go after
Iraq by ourselves?

What dodge? NK is a different kind of threat. They already possess nukes. Whole different ballgame.

Matt, Overwhelming evidences showed that rush to war at this point does no good for the world peace, nor to the U.S. herself. Clearly Bush administration want to invade Iraq immediately without convincing reason and the world support is not working for U.S. interests but for a hidden agenda.

Comparing N Korea with Iraq, most observers agree N Korea poses more threat to the current U.S. foreign policies. But Iraq is a war-torn weak country and strategically important for the U.S. Middle East "ally" and has a lot of oil. And Iraq has no major nation's military support. While N Korea has nuke and under China and Russia's wing and has no oil. Iraq is a much easier meal by force, you see.
