I saw the distinction in the original statement. Using available data and seeing no reason to differentiate based upon sub specialty, I made an observation.

For example I have contacted lawyers and asked if they could assist another with a problem. I passed their contact info to that other as was dismayed when attempts to request help were ignored. That is a curious kind of honesty IMO.


Fortunately my own common sense analysis of the law and issues involved proved that lawyers who had caused the original problem thru neglect were indeed liable and only explaining over several conversations their duty and responsibility did the issue get resolved.

Lawyer's can be dragged kicking and screaming to account for their mistakes only with constant time wasting prodding.

Finding a lawyer who will do this for one may be impossible.
