I would expect there to be divergent accounts. I take no position on the ultimate disposition of the case, and I am glad charges were dropped. There is, however, reason to believe that there might have been disruption, and, in any event, given what happened, it is hard to credit the idea that they talked only to supporters. I am mainly interested in the principle: even on private property, on grossly offensive material should be banned from t- shirts, although stores do have a right to ask to leave those allegedly accosting their customers.
