Gecc says it's buying spanish speaking tv stations...it doesn't do anything 2. Gecc says none of it's employees (bolt) is a convicted felon. oops! 3. Gecc says it's opening a new subsidiary (LEC LEASING) in July, 02.....it never does and gives no explanation. 4. Gecc says that all shareholders of record on a certain date will receive shares of LEC leasing, a future spinoff....they never do. 5. Gecc says that it owns a station in NW Ar.....it doesn't 6. Gecc says that they have plenty of money to accomplish all of this....they get evicted for non-payment of rent, they write numerous bad checks (I have originals), they lose the one station they own because they can't pay final payment, they have no employees, they have no revenues, they have no business and most certainly, have no friends. 7. Gecc sues everyone with a last name beginning with any letter from A to Z.... ALL of their allegations are FALSE. Everyone of them, and I will help prove it. 8. They claim extortion.....NEVER happened. 9. Gecc claims stock manipulation...Genesis sold 15 million shares into the market within a 4 month period. Hard to keep the stock price up without a business, without revenues and incresing the outstanding by 200%. GECC manipulated the stock price. Unfortunately, it was downward...cause they can't get it straight. 10. Gecc claims that the defendants named in lawsuit #236 had many aliases on RB. Is that a federal offense? How many does bolt have....I can identify at least 25 so far. Very easy to do. He even set me up aliases and when I left, he used them! 11. man, I could go on forever....
