That the working capital as of 9/30/02.

I think the bad news was announced today with the warning and lower guidance.

We all know this sub-sector sucks right now, just take a look at WG, MDR and GLBL.

Did you learn anything new that wasn't talked about at the RJames conference? That's where I first heard about the Phoenix writedown.
