Would it be preferable to allow rapists and murderers walk free? We already have done that and its backfired. I believe there is a missing girl who serves as a perfect example of why we can't allow criminals to roam our streets.

We have more crime because we have more freedom to move about, those with criminal intentions have greater freedom to carry out their crimes... this is the price we pay for freedom since the alternative is no freedom at all...

would you prefer Saudi's system where we would just execute criminals? That would free our jails for sure....
