I had my favorite Uncle die in Vietnam in 68. He flew on helicopter gunships and went into a mountain in fog I was told. I've found his name on the Wall and I have great respect for those who have served.

But my uncle didn't know that Johnson was fouling up the war. That his councel of "wise men" as they were called were full of bad advice. They engineered the war to be a loss with too many rules of engagement. At least nixon didn't follow the rule to not attack the north. And I've heard there was an incompetent general running the fighting. But maybe that was just that he had to listen to Johnson.

Sounds like you're back in the schoolyard. Sissy-sissy-pants'on-fire? Please grow up. We're adults here.

I'm with John Kerry who was wounded three times and won the Silver Star. No sissy. He's about as tough as they come in DC and is also brilliant, honest and fair. He is also with McCain the one fighting for your rights as a wounded vet.

As you may know Bush has lied to vets groups and ignored disabled vets needs. Vets groups in South Caroline were lied to by Bush in 2000 as he tried to trash McCain. Those groups have now told Kerry they're behind him 100% even though many are Republicans.
