What are you talking about?

I'm talking about laws and judicial decisions based on ideas that are not in the constitution, and in some cases may even violate the principles that actually are in the constitution.


The courts are intended to administer and interpret the law including law established by the Constitution. When a court's interpretation is questioned, the issue moves up to higher court. The most controversial issues make their way up to the Sup. Ct.

The Constitution is a great document and incredibly well thought out but we have changed over 300 years and the law must reflect those changes.
