I have doubt about it. You won't blink your eye to kill a cockroach, you may not eat beef anymore if you witness the killing of them, you won't eat a dish if you are told it is your lovely dog(and know it is true).

It is the difference between being a sell side analyst and recommending stock buy and sells VS actually having your own money on the table. Not all analysts are crooks. In fact, most are people who tried to make the right call. But as anyone on Wall Street knows, the moment you put your own money on it, everything changes...my call for this change in Washington is along the same line as my call for requiring a significant personal investment on the part of the fund managers (and why I think hedge funds and Mr B outperform mutual funds).
