Of course it was! (It was Cyber-Psycho's crappy logic I was pointing out. Goodness knows I didn't agree with that shallow premise of his... undoubtedly al Qaeda is oblivious to such considerations. They desire Martyrdom to inflame the masses and advance their political goals, they desire to provoke violent responses in the belief that co-religionists will rally to their side. And, if we are to believe bin Laden's video-taped statement - one of the first goals they expect to achieve is the 'elimination of freedom in America' as a result of our reaction to events... our over-reaction against our own national liberties. This may be the only goal they have at least incrementally approached thus far....)
