You missed the point again:

You said "The enemies of our nation perceived weakness, and struck...."

And I pointed out that they 'waited until your friend Bill wasn't around anymore.'

So, if you are arguing that they 'perceived weakness and struck'... then you are arguing that they saw Bush as weak.
