You are ducking the issue. Bush was the President when the 9/11 attacks occured. As if you and your numbnutz ilk wouldn't be blaming a Democratic President for 9/11 if he had been in office for 9 months when it happened, after 8 years of a Republican administration. You surely sould be. Stop ducking the issue and stand up like a man and admit that President Bush dropped the ball on 9/11. Bush was in office on 9/11, not Clinton. I don't have any love for Clinton. But, I do love my country and wonder why those that are paid to protect it hardly lifted a finger on 9/11 to do so.
