Like I said, they didn't scamble jets from Andrews Air Force base? Why don't you read the article you are citing? Why did they scamble the jets from a Langley Air Force base in southeast Virginia at 9:35 a.m. EDT, when the WTC was first stuck at 8:45 a.m. EDT? "In the attack on the Pentagon, sources say two F-16s took off from Langley Air Force base in southeast Virginia at 9:35 a.m. EDT -- just two minutes before American Airlines Flight 77 crashed into the military headquarters."
