Ron, when Qualcomm calls their product "The MSM6300™ chipset" it makes me think that there are several chips in the solution (in fact, the illustration on bottom appears to have 4 different chips). Intel is able to do it all on one chip, which saves on power and cost, and also increases performance. As far as I know, Intel is the only one who can do this right now, and it's also on a .13u process, which is one or two generations ahead of where most cell phone chip manufacturers are currently at.
