"Tony's management, industry, and leadership experience is an invaluable addition to Patron's board," said Patrick Allin, CEO of Patron Holdings, Inc. "His perspective, gained by adding significant value to Dow and its shareholders over a 40-year career will help guide the ongoing development of Patron's products and services."
