Just like he did in 1998 when he said all the things Bush is saying now? He couldn't even get inspectors back into Iraq, much less get Saddam out.

The only thing Clinton had the balls to get was a Lewinsky.

Kerry did make a mistake voting against Desert Storm. One of the few he's made. The charge he was Kennedy's guy was true to a degree back then. But that 12 years ago when he was a junior senator. Kerry would vote differently now, and Kennedy has little influence with him these days. (See I admit a Kerry mistake, gg)

What an absurd statement!

Hell, Clinton didn't even go after Saddam when he had it easy -- UN backing, a fresh "crime" on which to base it, and there would have been tremendous public support.

Clinton was a weak president who didn't have the guts to defend American interests, which is why we are where we are today.
