Sounds great. But unfortunately, they are able to wipe out large numbers of people in SK before we can get rid of their artillery north of the DMZ. They have 22000 pieces of artillery seriously dug-in. These are capable of delivering chemical & biological warheads directly into Seoul.

This is, as you probably agree, perhaps the best case for dealing with Saddam at this time.
