Look....thats like saying why drive when you know you increase your chances of getting killed in a car accident. Terrorists apparently neglected to check to see if we were at war on 9/11 and now they're making threats as we're about to cut their balls off. I personally think many of the terrorists are already here and planning their next strike no matter what we do. So I'm not sure the risk is higher. The time table my be advanced but the risk is there either way. The terror threat is an ultimatum and I don't respond well to those - most people don't.
