I am not willing to co-relate private industry actions with government actions/policy. An example : a month or 2 ago, and Indian private company was found to have exported some stuff (I think aluminium tubes but not sure) to Iraq, that should not have been exported. In court when the case came up, it was decided that the company pay a hefty fine, and that effetively put it out of business.
