Keys to another good season thru offensive improvement:

1.) Bench Vinny. Give 3rd to DeRosa. 2nd to Giles.
2.) When Giles, Andruw, Lopez, and Furcal start wildly swinging for the fences on every pitch every at bat, show them the bench until it sinks in that baserunners (singles, doubles, walks) are far better than strikeouts.
3.) Find 300 AB for Matt Franco.
4.) Tag Gl$vine for 10 runs every time he starts against you. See #2 for gameplan.
