80% of americans "supported" the bombings although the bill on, cash for them, which had
passed the GOP-house some time earlier had barely been mentioned in news media.

Additionally it was at some critical point in the impeachment process. (although the
main thing was to have a new critical point at every important point)

Only major reaction I remember was how Madelein Halfbright plus some others got heckled
at a university and that was only shown on C-SPAN.
