Cal, With respect to the changes listed...how long IYO would it take to "restate the financials?" This should take no more than 1 month. I hope DMX will prioritize and focus as they stated in the NR...I hope they can see that they can fight this another day, if at all. These so called "issues" are really not issues at all...DMX and Schwartz F**KED up. They will not win against the OSC as GAAP governs all publicly traded companies. My belief is that they should be focusing on trying to break new ground within the medical world...rather than trying to break new ground in the accounting world. PTK
