"polluting 8 to 12 times their share of toxic pollutions." That's not totally true. The third world nations are dumping tons of raw sewerage, each hour, into the world's oceans and streams. At least America cleans it's sewerage. No wonder why there are constant bacteria warnings at the world's beaches. But, go ahead. Feel free to dump on America, although the sacrifices of America's men and women, in uniform, is why you are free to type on SI (with or without the raw sewerage.)
