That amounts to the same thing I said except you provide more detail.

I said " Strictly speaking he was arrested for trespassing. A private business didn't like his behavior and asked him to leave. He didn't."

The behavior they didn't like was harassing shoppers in the mall. The private business in question was the mall. And we both said that the arrest was for tresspass.
